A Buy Me a Coffee supporter lands on your stream as an alert: who and how much, written the way you write money, with a sound, a spoken line and a message in chat. It shows inside every overlay you have in OBS. Installs the alert and connects Buy Me a Coffee: paste the link this gives you into a webhook there, paste back the secret it shows, then send yourself a test event and watch it land.
